The company currently has two pipelines, 16 assembly lines, one for the pile terminal, 140 production sections for daily production, 15 pieces for daily assembly, and an annual production capacity of 200,000 meters. It is the only manufacturer other than the CCCC Air Navigation Bureau that has developed and produced post-tensioned prestressed large pipe piles, which fills the blank of the industry in Shandong Province and the northern region, and has become a key promotion project for the construction of new technologies in Shandong Province. It is tested every year by the Tianjin Port Engineering Quality Testing Center, the national authority. Four of the monitoring reports: 1. Concrete anti-freezing monitoring report; 2. Concrete impermeability test report; 3. Concrete anti-chloride ion permeability test report;

       4. Concrete water absorption test report. In accordance with the People's Republic of China industry standard JTS147-7-2022 water transport engineering pile foundation design code. At the same time, the products have passed the quality management system certification, in line with GB/ T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 standards.
